Use this blend when in need of grounding, balance, and shoring up the container for the rest of your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical work. The oils in this blend support centering, rooting, and honoring the body by staying present to what is.
Ingredients: coconut oil, vetiver, myrrh, patchouli, grapefruit*.
Usage: apply to pulse points, back of the neck, bottoms of the feet, or low belly.
*Citrus oils increase photosensitivity. Exercise caution when in direct sunlight.
