The New Moon in Pisces marks the end of the astrological and seasonal year. This is the last lunation before we move into Aries, the start of whole new cycle.
 
In addition, Mars has just gone direct, giving us 5 days with no planets retrograde before Venus goes retrograde, Saturday, March 1, meeting up with Mercury retrograde, March 13. 
 
The next two lunations after this will be eclipses, signifying a shift in consciousness for the collective.
